Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university.
∎ 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience including 2 years experience as Retail Credit Analyst.
∎ Home Loan Analysis experience will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of credit practices with a good understanding of credit risk.
∎ Well conversant of credit risk management guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk while protecting the interest of the Bank, customers and investors.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work well in a small and dynamic team.
∎ Strong command over MS Excel.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Processing of retail credit proposal forwarded by Branch & Relationship Manager as per SLA.
∎ Identification and assessment of credit risk and probable mitigations.
∎ Conducting Customer/Business and security visit.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain credit MIS and ensure regulatory reporting.
