An editor who deeply understands what makes short-form content work:
Hook edits that grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds
Retention-focused pacing (you know why a viewer drops off, and how to stop it)
Clean cuts that feel native to the feed — not overly designed
Sharp captions/subtitles with rhythm and emphasis
Tasteful motion graphics and text animations that enhance, not distract
B-roll sourcing and integration
Beat-synced cuts and sound design
Solid grasp of 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 delivery
Hard Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (required)
After Effects / CapCut (basic-to-intermediate motion graphics)
Photoshop / Illustrator (asset prep)
Basic color correction and audio cleanup
Fast, organized file management (Google Drive workflow)
Ability to use AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency
Soft Skills
Strong command of English (reading, writing, listening — working from English briefs)
Punctual and reliable — respects deadlines
Responsive and clear communicator
Detail-oriented, especially with audio and captions

UrboArt Digital, a growing Media & Marketing Agency in Nikunja-2, is hiring a Short-Form Video Editor.
If you can turn a talking-head clip into a scroll-stopping reel that people actually watch to the end — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Edit 15–60 second reels for talking-head creators, coaches, e-commerce brands, and podcasters
Work from clear editing briefs (ideation, filming, and strategy are handled for you)
Deliver a consistent editing style across a high volume of content
Occasional long-form content editing
Grow into a senior/lead role as the team scales
