Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in graphic design, motion design, video editing, and animation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience using AI tools for graphic and motion design, such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or Canva Magic Studio.
• Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in an agency or corporate creative environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• UI/UX design experience will be a plus.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our digital marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals, graphics, and motion assets that strengthen our clients’ brand presence across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Experience in UI/UX design will be considered a strong plus, as it will help ensure cohesive and user-friendly visual experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and motion-based visual content, including social media posts, infographics, flyers, posters, and web graphics.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, reels, and promotional animations for social and digital platforms that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage with creative storytelling, transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns and brand visuals.
• Develop brand-aligned templates, intros/outros, lower-thirds, and animation elements for recurring projects.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual materials and ensure visual excellence in every asset.
• Stay updated on trends in motion graphics, digital design, and social media visual storytelling to deliver modern and innovative work.
