Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering/or equivalent 4 years engineering degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales and business development of Industrial Cranes in Bangladesh markets.
∎ Defining strategy and action plan for current and future business and various marketing strategies for product promotions. (Imported Crane)
∎ Effectively implementing strategies to secure increased market coverage and market share while "product positioning" to meet market requirements.
∎ Manage Key customer in Bangladesh to secure significant growth
∎ Building relation with different chamber of commerce and business houses
∎ Regularly interacting with South Asia Team.
∎ Developing sales team from scratch while performing daily business activities.
∎ Effective offering and implementing "consulting and value sale"
∎ Products marketing, pushing new products in market, products promotion in digital platform
∎ Manage CRM and Weekly/monthly reporting to South Asia
∎ Annual Planning and its Implementation
∎ Understanding commercial and finalize contract
∎ Coaching, Motivated team member

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 Years Industrial Experience with MNC's or large company
∎ Min 10 years in Sales and Business Development in European Industrial Cranes
∎ In-hand experience of developing "high value" Industrial Crane business from scratch
∎ International experience and dealing with MNC's
∎ Excellent commercial knowledge, ability to make deal in single hand
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
