Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow all the verticalsof the business.
∎ Manage strategic initiatives and partnerships and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets and achievement of the business.
∎ Outline, execute launch and scale new cross-functional revenue products.
∎ Provide leadership to the extended team in Bangladesh (Marketing, Product & all key functional managers) by overseeing daily operations of the organization and by developing and holding teams to key performance goals.
∎ Take ownership of the key metrics that will drive Maya's P&L
∎ Be a key point of input and manage teams who continuously strive to improve Maya's core product.
∎ Ensure the overall delivery and quality of Maya's offerings to customers.
∎ Engage in key or targeted customer acquisition and retention activities.
∎ Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
∎ Structure operational and functional teams to enable them to meet Maya's needs.
∎ Create systems to ensure accountability and enable the team's performance related toKPIs - including paid user growth, partner alignment, forecast accuracy and POCmanagement.
∎ Effectively communicate strategy and results to Maya's employees and investors
∎ Manage Performance as a business process. Ensure weekly review of activities, pipelineand root causal if pipeline insufficient to deliver plan. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills required.
∎ Formulate short term, long term operational efficiency initiatives engaging relevantstakeholders across the organization.
∎ Analyse trends in monthly cash burn and tailor business strategy periodically.
∎ Actively assist the CEO in key fundraising activities

∎ Work in Fundraising and Grants with the CEO and Grants team.
∎ Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful executionoften times without the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
∎ Own OKRs and engage with department heads companywide to ensure that revenuetargets are met or revised with calculated rationale.
∎ Develop leadership communications and company narratives for board & investorcomms.
∎ Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any strategies,projects and product changes: ROI, market share of revenue and users locally,regionally.
∎ Suggest adjustment to strategy using analytics to support recommendations byeffectively analysing data on various tools - Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixed Panel etc.
∎ Analysis of revenue streams to take Maya to cash flow positive and associated timelines.
∎ Devise improvement strategies for underperforming departments on revenue front whiletracking OKRs.
∎ Liaise with international investors. Candidates able to speak multiple European languages preferred.
