Job Responsibilities:
∎ VARD has been implementing VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) since last 21 years through well-established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamganj district and Cumilla districts. This position is based at VARD Eye Hospital, Osmaninagar, Sylhet.
∎ Job descriptions:
∎ Provide counseling service for indoor and outdoor eye patient.
∎ Guide surgical patient.
∎ Follow surgical patient.
∎ Maintain surgical patient record.
∎ Analyze daily, weekly and monthly counseling performance and provide patient feedback to Hospital Manager.
∎ Move with PSP team at the field level as per requirement.
∎ Complete surgical patient admission process.
∎ Maintain patient counseling registers and other records in Software.
∎ Follow up patient for surgery.
∎ Perform other related duties assigned by Hospital Manager (Administration and Field Operation).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Good understanding on eye health services.
∎ Active listening skills
∎ Communication and inter personal skills.
∎ Motivational skills
∎ Good presentation
∎ Full support and cooperation to the patient
∎ Team work spirit
∎ Gender equality and mutual respect
∎ Excellent command on MS office (MS word, excel, access etc) and SPSS
Salary:
∎ Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits will provide as per organizational policy.
