Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle regular phone calls and lead inquiries
- Maintain and update client records and follow-up sheets
- Provide accurate visa and admission counseling (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Prepare and submit student/visa files professionally
- Call and follow up with leads and walk-ins on a daily basis
- Create short video content and be open to self-promotion for company branding
- Evaluate and filter genuine applicants
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude with clients and team
- Follow company rules, office hours, and reporting structure strictly
- Work with a target-based mindset and show growth
