Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in students' life and serve our future generation for their better career globally. You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for addressing enquiries from students who are interested to study in Canada, Sweden, Denmark, UK, Australia and other developed countries. Your responsibilities would include:
∎ Lead call enquires who registered online/ via social media/ attended our Events
∎ Contact students via phone, email, SMS etc.
∎ Meet students face to face
∎ Converting enquiries into applications, and then enrolments to our partner Universities globally
∎ Understanding 'Entry requirements' of aspiring studying in the target countries (Training will be provided)
∎ Understanding the different admissions requirements of partners universities (Training will be provided)
∎ Assess student enquiries, applications and academic background
∎ Offer best options to students based on their academic and financial suitability
∎ Liaise with our partner Universities in a professional and timely manner
∎ Process and submit applications to partner Universities
∎ Ability to manage assigned student application portfolios through regular follow-ups
∎ Ability to forecast on application portfolios to final enrolment to Management and partner Universities
∎ Liaise with Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in an ethical and compliant manner.
∎ Ability to inspire, motivate and manage assigned students by maintaining better relationships
∎ Attend education events locally and overseas
∎ Plan recruitment trips to target markets
∎ Managing of fast and timely responses to increase conversion
∎ Understand 'Conversion techniques' to meet targets
∎ Ability to meet targets, handle manage work load and exceed goals
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Understanding of different cultures and ability to work with students and colleagues from different backgrounds

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Having a good IELTS Score will be an added advantage
∎ Strong computer application skills are essential
∎ Prior work experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
∎ Professional certificates will bring additional credentials
∎ Candidates with excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills are invited to apply
