Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet & Greet clients, make and receive phone calls in a professional manner
∎ Represent Front Office to visitors
∎ Call target customers with the data given by the company and update the database
∎ Promote company products over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ Provide excellent counseling face-to-face & over the phone
∎ Provide relevant information needed for study abroad, visit & migration visa
∎ Maintain good communication with clients
∎ Receiving phone calls, messages, documents, and queries and passing them to the proper place/ persons and keeping records
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings with clients
∎ Handle day to day administrative matters of the organization
∎ Report to management regularly
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records
∎ Participate in business planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience with Education Consultancy, Immigration Consultancy, Work Permit, Visit, Student & Family migration visa processes will get preference
∎ Should be able to conversant in phone calls with clients
∎ Expert in handling clients face-to-face
∎ Fluent speaking in English will be an added advantage
∎ Good written and oral communication skills are plus
∎ Expertise in using Microsoft Office, E-mail, Cloud data management, Internet etc.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
