• Must be punctual, responsible, and a non-smoker
• Strong interest in immigration, international study, or visa processing services
• Willing to work under a supervisor and follow instructions
• Open-minded, quick learner, and adaptable to office environment

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior counselors and visa officers in documentation and client support
• Prepare, organize, and verify visa application files
• Maintain follow-up communication with clients via phone or email
• Support in embassy appointment bookings and file tracking
• Learn the end-to-end visa processing workflow under expert supervision
• Handle basic administrative tasks and office support duties
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure professional etiquette
