Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior counselors and visa officers in documentation and client support
- Prepare, organize, and verify visa application files
- Maintain follow-up communication with clients via phone or email
- Support in embassy appointment bookings and file tracking
- Learn the end-to-end visa processing workflow under expert supervision
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office support duties
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure professional etiquette
