Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide psycho-social care to the Sexual and Gender Based Violence survivors, factory workers with occupational health hazards in need of Mental Health services in a confidential and friendly environment.
∎ Facilitate individual and group counselling as necessary under the supervison and guidance of Mental Health Activity Manager.
∎ Conduct individual and group discussion session for Adolescents girls and boys, pregnant women and survivors.
∎ Provide psychoeducation in the waiting areas of the clinics.
∎ Make regular visits to the community and registered factories together with the relevent community health promotion team and provide mental health education to community people and factory workers on aspects related to Mental Health topics.
∎ Make visits to the external organizations where the patient is referred to and able to provide counselling and education session there weekly/monthly.
∎ Regular follow up over the phone to those who will miss the follow up appointment.
∎ Manage a SGBV hotline number 24x7 on a roster basis.
∎ In collaboration with the Mental Health Activity Manager, identify and revise appropriate mental health messages to be used both in the clinic and in communities/factories.
∎ Able to work outside Kamrangirchar if service is needed and required.Flexible in taking up additional tasks/responsibilities assigned by the supervisors.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ This position is based on 5 months contract (Approximately) according to level-Five (Level-5) of the internal MSF salary grid (BDT 56000 Gross/Month). Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction from salary based on current income tax rule. 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on Health Care Policy- Locally Recruited Staff.
