Responsibilities & Context:
Attend incoming and follow-up calls with potential clients
provide basic counselling related to immigration, studying o abroad and visit visa
Respond to messages and queries on social media platforms (e.g., Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
Maintain polite and professional communication (both Bangla and English) with clients
Assist in organizing client information and follow-ups
Take on different responsibilities as assigned, based on the situation
