Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attend incoming and follow-up calls with potential clients

  • provide basic counselling related to immigration, studying o abroad and visit visa

  • Respond to messages and queries on social media platforms (e.g., Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Maintain polite and professional communication (both Bangla and English) with clients

  • Assist in organizing client information and follow-ups

  • Take on different responsibilities as assigned, based on the situation
