Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide counselling sessions for students to provide them with a good idea about entry requirements of college/university, visa processing, admission procedure, part-time job opportunities etc.
∎ Provide accurate information to prospective clients/students regarding foreign college/universities and the extent to which Asian Education Services (AES) shall aid in the entire process.
∎ Check all the necessary documents to see if all the criteria are met.
∎ Help to fill up admission forms/ any relevant form, prepare necessary documents, and maintain records of documents or create database of student profile for the office.
∎ Promote overseas educational institutions that works in partnership with AES.
∎ May have to prepare students for visa interview/ give insight about visa interview
∎ Have to engage in promoting AES via online and newspaper advertisement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be fluent in both Bengali and English.
∎ Experience requirement may be exempted for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills.
