Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Demonstrate a proactive attitude, consistently meet targets, and maintain a strong commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
∎ Align daily activities with the long-term business objectives of the organization.
∎ Provide expert counselling to clients on international education and migration processes, helping them make informed decisions.
∎ Manage the entire Visa and Immigration Services process, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
∎ Review and prepare all legal and non-legal documents related to visa and immigration, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations.
∎ Assist students in identifying their skills and potential, offering guidance on career decisions that align with their goals.
∎ Provide detailed information on various educational institutions, including colleges and universities, and advise students on the requirements for admission.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or concerns that students may have during their application process.
∎ Support the back-end team in completing all visa and immigration-related documentation, ensuring timely submission in accordance with government deadlines.
∎ Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
