Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (Real Estate/Consultancy preferred).

  • Strong communication skills in both Bengali & English.

  • Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

  • Pleasant personality with strong convincing ability.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional Counsellors to guide and assist our valued clients in buying, selling, and investing in plots & flats of real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients regarding available plots, flats, and investment opportunities.
  • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable projects.
  • Provide detailed information on property pricing, benefits, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients.
  • Develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through continuous communication.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and client-related documentation.
  • Maintain updated client records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Work closely with management to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and telesales teams for effective lead management.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales, negotiation, and counselling skills.
  • Contribute to overall team performance and company growth.
