Experience:
Monitor customer satisfaction levels regularly using feedback tools and propose improvement initiatives.
Assist in developing and maintaining customer care protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and general complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, installation, technical) to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain regular communication with valued clients and landowners to build strong relationships.
Supervise and guide customer care representatives to ensure effective pre and post-sales support.
Support the implementation of a customer-centric approach across the team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to assist in service improvements.
Report day-to-day operations and key customer concerns to the Departmental Head.
Assist in the creation of a one-stop customer care solution through efficient team collaboration.
