Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor sales of minimum 70 Walton Plazas.
Lead and manage 500+ sales manpower across the division.
Maintain strong coordination with RSM and Plaza Managers for smooth operations.
Oversee showroom merchandising and ensure brand standards.
Conduct sales forecasting and ensure achievement of targets.
Prepare and review Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports.
Attend monthly meetings and present data-driven sales analysis.
Ensure effective team performance and operational discipline.
