Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s Degree in Experience in the visa sales, immigration consultancy, study abroad sales, or travel agency Tourism, or a related field (preferred)

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Knowledge of visa application processes, documentation, and compliance for multiple countries

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Customer relationship management skills

• Ability to explain visa rules, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients

Personal Attributes

• Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Good problem-solving attitude to handle client objections or issues

• Cultural sensitivity and professionalism while dealing with clients

• Ability to maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of visa categories (work, student, tourist, business, permanent residency, etc.)

• Willingness to work under pressure and achieve high sales targets

• Ability to travel locally or internationally if required (for client meetings or seminars)

• Multilingual skills (advantage if dealing with diverse clients)

• Full Time: 10.Am -6.0pm
• Preferred: only for DHAKA - Near Mirpur, Dhanmodi, Framget, Mogbazar, Malibag, Panthapath

• Mobile bill, Transport bill, Lunch bill, performance

• Incentive 3% up to 10%

• Salary Review: Yearly

• As per company policy
