Responsibilities & Context:
Golden Sky Footwear Limited is looking for a skilled Costing & Inventory Manager to manage production costing, raw material consumption, and inventory control for our export-oriented footwear manufacturing factory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor product costing for footwear production.
• Calculate material consumption and production cost analysis.
• Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory records.
• Monitor daily stock movement, material issue, and warehouse management.
• Ensure proper inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Work closely with production, commercial and finance departments to ensure accurate costing.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent loss or misuse of materials.
• Prepare monthly stock reports, costing analysis and variance reports.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Improve inventory planning and reduce material wastage and overstocking.
