• 3 – 8 years experience as Chinese Interpreter / Translator / Production Coordinator.

• Experience working in Chinese manufacturing companies or joint venture factories preferred.

• Experience in the Footwear / Garments / Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

• Strong command of Chinese (Mandarin), Bangla and English.

• Ability to translate technical and production-related communication accurately.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a factory production environment.

• Responsible, disciplined and capable of maintaining smooth communication between teams.

Golden Sky Footwear Limited, a Chinese joint venture export-oriented footwear manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled Chinese Interpreter & Production Coordinator to support communication between Chinese supervisors and local employees as well as assist in production coordination and order planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Chinese to Bangla and English interpretation between Chinese supervisors and factory workers.

• Translate production instructions and communicate them clearly to workers and local staff.

• Assist Chinese management in daily production coordination and factory operations.

• Support order planning, production follow-up, and client communication when required.

• Maintain smooth communication between Chinese management and local departments.

• Assist in preparing production reports, order status updates and internal communication.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and commercial departments when necessary.

• Help Chinese supervisors understand local operational processes and documentation.
