Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with the corporate and individual clients and sharing information
∎ Talking over phone with prospective customers to expanding the market
∎ To provide customers with any type of ticket & travel related services
∎ To reserve the airlines ticket & hotel booking or Canceling Growing the Market size and maximizing business revenue
∎ Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, and reservation in GDS etc.
∎ Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over spoken English (Communicative)
∎ Basic Computer skills
∎ Microsoft Office Program skills
∎ Good command over email correspondence and corresponding etiquette Additional Requirements
∎ Good etiquette Energetic enough to travel in the city to meet customers in person Patience to sustain the job An outgoing, confident and energetic personality A friendly and approachable manner Should be positive to extra working hour Team player
