Responsibilities & Context:
Talking over phone with prospective customers to expand the market .
Making reservations, selling tickets, providing customer service, calculate ticket costs and plan routes.
Help customers with travel arrangements .
Growing the Market size and maximizing business revenue.
Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, and reservation in GDS etc.
Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
Answer questions, resolve issue and offer travel advice promptly.
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email or online channels.
