∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies
∎ Business / Commerce backgrounded candidates will get high priority. And experienced candidates also will get chance to work with us.
∎ Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing

∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenges to work under pressure and achieve the sales target weekly,
∎ The person/s should be smart and have good convincing capabilities against customer queries.
∎ Identify the customer's needs.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Prepared report daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish a successful marketing platform.
∎ Have to work with any sales related task for company development.
∎ Willing to do work as per management order for sales planning.
∎ Timely attend all customers' queries and provide feedback at the earliest in a professional manner.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good presentation skill & well spoken.
∎ Excellent analytical skills, Proficient in operating computers.
∎ To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers/clients via meeting, telephone calls.
∎ Hard working, sincere and energetic for corporate office and door-to-door sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance bonus
Commission on sales target.
Salary Review: Yearly (any time will be increased for best performer)
Transport cost for out of Khilkhet area.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Over time allowance, Performance bonus

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Our trial period is for 3 months which depends on your performance; if you are a good performer, then you might be selected as a permanent employee anytime within 3 months.
