∎ REPORTING TO Managing Director of Bangladesh
∎ "Marketing & Customer Care Manager" will be working for "Pollisheba.com" brand, a business unit of Black Pigeon BD Limited. The key objective of this role will be enhancing our corporate brand image among the local customers as well as Japanese customers through ensuring (i) Just in Time Delivery, (ii) Japanese style of customer services; (iii) Social Media Promotion targeting Japanese Customers by usage of Japanese language; and (iv) Visiting Japanese customers when it is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ First six months, attending Bengali Language School for intensive language program. After the school hours, sup- porting our marketing team through attending company's Marketing / Promotional Events (both Online and Offline).
∎ Improving our existing warehouse/inventory management system through following a just-in-time (JIT) manage- ment strategy that usually is strictly followed by Japanese Manufacturing companies such as Toyota, Honda, Rakuten, Family Mart and other manufacturing and Supply chain companies.
∎ Ensuring a hygienic warehouse and Office Environment
∎ Developing a habit of "CLEAN MY SOUROUNDINGS & NEIGHBORHOOD" among our office staffs.
∎ Planning and creating of social media (SNS) promotional videos, blogs, Digital Banner in Japanese language con- tents in order to target Japanese Nationals who have been living in Bangladesh.
∎ If necessary, may need to communicate with Japanese exporters/importers in near future.
∎ Responsible for Japanese customers through responding email inquiries, telephone and physical visit on customers' site if necessary.
∎ Supporting our customer career team to enhance our customer services following the Japanese standard.
∎ Teaching Japanese language to our local staffs. We want our staffs to learn at least daily communication level of Japanese to support Japanese customers/delegates.
∎ Developing cleaning habit to our local staffs(i.e. Keeping neat and clean surroundings of individual, office building and neighborhood)
∎ Sharing stories about corporate life of Japan and social lives to our local staffs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Native ENG Basic BENGALI
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in professional Corporate sector
∎ Experiencing in Professional Cleaning Field (either corporate or household) industry or manufacturing Company especially in Factory/Supply Chain (Just-In-Time Process) will be a big plus.
∎ If any professional Certifications will be an advantage
∎ Languages:
∎ Native Japanese
∎ Basic level of English is a plus
∎ Strong Desire to learn Bengali since the lot of communication will be take place in Bengali with our local custom- ers and staffs.
∎ Willing to challenge living in new Culture/Environment
∎ Enjoys working in a small and dynamic work environment
∎ CAN do attitude and hands on mentality
∎ Self-starter and result oriented
∎ No afraid of learning Bengali Language
∎ Ambitious about career growth.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17500 (Monthly)
