Job Context:
∎ Farmers Best is hiring an experienced Tele sales & Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for sales, promotional and outreach activities of its products and services to customers via telephone and online medium.
∎ Tele Sales person in Grocery E-commerce Industries are highly recommended
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact Potential customers over phone to explain Farmers Best Products & Services as per Company Procedure.
∎ To collect the orders from new or existing customers in an accurate manner over the phone.
∎ Communicate customers with proper accent, informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone
∎ Listen to customers' objections and handle them effectively and efficiently.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests about our products or the company.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the Database in a comprehensive way
∎ Execute Company's set targets of outbound calls
∎ Timely reporting of daily incoming and outgoing calls
∎ Candidates should have the ability to make an instant decision consulting with superior and assist customers further
∎ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers
∎ Respond to customer inquiry on our Facebook Page and Social Media Platforms on regular basis.
∎ Must be flexible with shifting and Roster duty
∎ Good Command in Microsoft Office Package
∎ Willing to go the "Extra Mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Achieve target to retain Company's goal
∎ Any other Task as and when assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
