Advertising, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Sales promotion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement programs and curriculum effective for enhancing sales performance. Learn and improve sales charisma and impress the clients as needed.
∎ Become a person who brings closure to the Deals.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
∎ Visit new and existing clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
∎ Learn sales tactics, tricks and methodologies and implement those on day-to-day sales life to make sure the maximum profit is achieved.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
∎ Convey the Client requirements and demands to the Operations and other Project and Product teams to make sure the Product Development happens properly and client is happy at the end of the day.
∎ Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets and work in collaboration with marketing team.
∎ Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company's sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce
∎ Work on Sales, Business Development and Marketing Strategies and conduct Customer mapping as needed.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
∎ Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
∎ Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast and decrease the Customer acquisition costs with proper strategy
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
∎ Ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets and following certain KPIs
∎ Willingness to travel as per the need.

∎ Experience of selling SAAS Products and Technology based Products to Clients will be a plus
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ BDT 30K+ & Incentive on Closing
