  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Dhaka and nearby areas for client visits.
  • Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a commitment to achieving sales excellence.


Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

To drive B2B corporate sales growth of Reve Foods Ltd. by acquiring, managing, and expanding corporate client relationships, ensuring achievement of sales targets in the bakery and food segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, institutions, modern trade).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to understand client needs and offer solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Market Analysis & Business Development:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and price movements in the bakery & food industry.
  • Identify opportunities for new product placements and volume growth.

Sales Planning & Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain an updated client database with sales pipelines.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide market feedback for new product development and improvement.

Client Servicing & Problem Resolution:

  • Address client queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
