Job Context:
∎ We are a Nationwide Internet Service Provider founded in September 2012 with the objective to light up the community to provide good quality internet service. Alo Communications is the dream child of the people who serve ICT industry more than decayed in our county. The company is very aggressive to extend it network coverage with high-speed connection, so to adopted its internet name a Bengali word “Dour” "???" that reflected to its overall image. Currently the company is focusing to increase the network coverage mostly in rural & considered the most fast growing ISP in our country. The company is very popular of its one stop customer solution.
∎ We have an immediate job opening for Corporate Sales who will be able to grow and maintain Corporate Sales for our businesses. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in ISP Corporate Sales & marketing. The candidates have to be hard-working individuals who have a creative but analytical mindset. He or she should be self-motivated and self-supervised, as telecommuting is encouraged for at least part of the work week.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka City

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Corporate Sales Development Plan, Strategy and Planning.
∎ Achieve sales target given by Team Lieder.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate houses.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Perform all types of sales and marketing related activities.
∎ Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies.
∎ Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company's client base and ensure strong presence.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully executing the sales plan.
∎ Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
∎ Preparation of Presentation of proposal and assigned subject matters.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Team Lieder.
∎ Preparing all necessary documentations for participating tender and dealing with all tender related task.
∎ Serving the needs of existing clients.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Identify sales prospects and contact for corporate accounts as assigned.
∎ Be accountable for other certain works as assigned by the Team Lieder.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in ISP.
∎ Good communication, presentation skills and hard working.
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner.
∎ Must have experience on B2B planning and management.

Salary: Negotiable
