Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with corporate and individual clients and sharing information
∎ Talking over phone with prospective customers to expand the market
∎ To provide customers with any type of ticket andtravel related services.
∎ Preparing itinerary, routing, quotations and reservation in GDS etc.
∎ Growing the market size and maximizing business revenue
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced and freshers both are encouraged to apply
∎ Good command over written and verbal English
∎ Basic computer skills
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Good etiquette
∎ A friendly and approachable manner
∎ Energetic enough to travel the city to
∎ meet customers in person
∎ Patience to sustain the job
∎ Should be positive to extra working hour
∎ Team player
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ target incentives (negotiable for experienced people)
