Job Responsibilities:
∎ Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
∎
∎ Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies
∎
∎ Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
∎
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎
∎ Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
∎
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎
∎ Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
∎
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
∎
∎ Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
∎
∎ Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
∎
∎ Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
∎
∎ High degree of professional ethics and integrity
∎
∎ Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
∎
∎ Outstanding communication skills
