Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Growth Specialist, you are part of the senior management of Apon and your role involves developing and nurturing Apon's ecosystem, implementing expansion strategies, and representing Apon. You are also responsible for executing plans to acquire and onboard new factory customers. This position will require close collaboration with Apon's senior management.
∎ Your key responsibilities encompass creating and overseeing impactful growth initiatives across various areas, including partnership development, strategic planning, testing, scaling, and optimizing high-budget projects aimed at reaching industrial workers and enhancing the company's business.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, developing and maintaining the ecosystem of the company.
∎ Identifying and onboarding new factories for shop expansion.
∎ Developing revenue focused strategic partnerships with new and prospective players in the sector.
∎ Representing the company in different forums and ensuring best service and communication with partners.
∎ Working closely with the Marketing and brand team and participating in developing organizational strategies and plans.
∎ Developing yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets and ensure execution.
∎ Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
