Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a well-organized Junior Sales & Support coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team and essential follow-up with all customers to ensure estimated monthly sales. The goal is to facilitate the team`s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
∎ Workplace: Full time Work in Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
∎ Ensure the adequacy of sales-related information.
∎ Attend customer calls & provide necessary response with info.
∎ Handle the processing of all orders related to the sales and servicing management with accuracy and timeliness
∎ Handle and response a large number of calls (outgoing and incoming) to ensure the total monthly estimated subscription from existing customers/ subscribers.
∎ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
∎ Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
∎ Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & Basic Computer operating skill, Ability to Work Under Pressure, B2B and B2C sales and marketing Coordination.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Microsoft Office suite, After Sales Service, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Client Relationship Management, Customer relationship, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management.
∎ Good computer skills (Google Apps, MS Office).
∎ Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving and A team player with a high level of dedication

Salary: Negotiable
