Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) implements an emergency response project titled "Provision of essential Maternal, New-born, Child and Adolescent Health and Nutrition (MNCAH) services to the Rohingya Communities and response to COVID-19 pandemic" supported by UNICEF. In order to fill-up a vacant position of Coordinator M&E, PHD inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill-up the vacant position.
∎ `Coordinator M&E` is the second most senior position in the hierarchy of the project design. As such, in addition to regular M&E activities, he/she has to support the Project Coordinator in the overall implementation management and administration of the project. Coordinator M&E is reportable to Project Coordinator.
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar District
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Project Coordination in planning, designing and implementation of field intervention plans of the project. This includes, sharing supervisory and monitoring responsibility, support in HR management and other administrative functions
∎ Align all project staff with regular monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting framework in accordance to project objectives and expected outcome. This includes design/establish monthly reporting format for all sections of the project
∎ Coordinator M&E shall support learning/monitoring and evaluation activities across the project. This will include; process and tools development, data collection and analysis, reporting and learning/reflection processes
∎ Monitor and ensure quality standard in implementation of the planned activities in time of the project through regular field visits
∎ Ensure effective collaboration among different sections of the project
∎ Prepare periodical (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) factual report of the project and document good practices
∎ Provide support to conduct different research and study under the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years of experience within the development / humanitarian sector specially in middle or higher-level positions in NGO or in private sector
∎ Proven technical skills in monitoring and evaluation, including experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
∎ Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal and representation skills
∎ Excellent English speaking/writing skills required
Salary:
∎ BDT 75,000/per month (Tax will be deducted at source)
