Job Context:
∎ The AHP Bangladesh Consortium, in partnership with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), is leading the AHP-IV project in Cox’s Bazar-a comprehensive and long-term humanitarian effort. Working alongside Save the Children at Cox`s Bazar, the project`s focal point is to address the complex challenges of the Rohingya crisis through a holistic and inclusive approach, particularly emphasizing the rights and needs of individuals with diverse SOGIESC.
∎ As a key player in this initiative the Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BANDHU), which serves as a pivotal Technical Partner. BANDHU`s core mission is to seamlessly integrate SOGI considerations across Health, Child Protection, and Education sectors within the humanitarian operation. This involves providing specialized support to service providers in these sectors through tailored modules, SoP, and guidance notes that are attuned to the sensitivities needed for SOGIESC issues.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Process and produce action plan of the project in consultation with respective line manager and in line with approved project documents.
∎ Collaborate with sector teams to develop standardized assessment tools (SoP, checklists, questionnaires) for Education, Health, and Child Protection Partners, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Design and maintain a comprehensive data collection, preservation, and protection system to ensure accurate and secure storage of quantitative and qualitative data.
∎ Develop formats for data reporting and analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and project-end basis to monitor project progress and outcomes.
∎ Create a repository of relevant project documents, reports, and resources for easy access and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
∎ Oversee the establishment of safe spaces within learning facilities for GDP adolescents, ensuring the availability of trained facilitators and counselors.
∎ Liaise with sector leads to gather insights and updates on activities, challenges, and achievements for inclusion in the reporting framework.
∎ Collect, compile, and analyze data from different sectors to generate accurate and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that data collected from workshops, meetings, consultations, and assessments are accurately documented and processed.
∎ Collaborate with sector leads to generate comprehensive and coherent reports for donors, partners, and higher-level management as required.
∎ Coordinate with the Data Collectors, Facilitators, and other field staff to ensure timely and accurate data submission and reporting.
∎ Support the Education sector by organizing workshops, meetings, and consultations related to curriculum development and teacher training.
∎ Provide orientation training to Data Collectors, Facilitators, and other relevant staff on the assessment process, data collection protocols, and reporting requirements.
∎ Hire external resource in GDP issue to develop modules and arrange ToT for service providers in camp and other partner project staff.
∎ Train sector staff and service providers on the proper documentation of sessions, assessments, referrals, and other project-related activities.
∎ Offer guidance and technical support to the Child Protection sector in scaling testing sessions, participant evaluations, and reporting mechanisms.
∎ Work closely with Education, Health, and Child Protection sector leads to ensure alignment of data collection and reporting processes with program objectives.
∎ Collaborate with camp authorities, community leaders, and religious practitioners to sensitize them about protection and GDP-related issues.
∎ Lead in documentation of knowledge gathered such as through case studies, anecdotes, attitude shifts to be used for further advocacy and learning purposes.
∎ Development, editing and publishing of the content of strategic information materials for advocacy including information packages, researches for stakeholder’s sensitization activities and other public engagements.
∎ Design and lead communication and documentation assessments to determine gaps and uptake of the program
∎ Contributes to knowledge creation by continually documenting lessons learned, good practices, and replicable strategies, and actively shares this knowledge.
∎ Support the programme staff to develop information outputs such as newsletters, newspaper articles, flyers, briefing notes, short video, etc.
∎ Establish a strong liaison with the GDP Working Group and Education Sector to integrate their suggestions into the curriculum development process.
∎ Foster collaboration with sector teams to ensure the effective implementation of referral mechanisms for individuals with disabilities and GDP in need of support.
∎ Produce project progress report monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
∎ The incumbent will also be responsible for performing any special duty given by the higher authority as and when necessary for the interest of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Excellent command over written and oral Bangla and English including typing.
∎ Proficient user of digital communication mediums and basic graphics design. i.e. Canva, adobe spark etc.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse and SOGIESC population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Team working, interpersonal and relationship building skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Possess good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to learn or possess knowledge of a wide range of information technologies.

Salary: Tk. 62723 (Monthly)
