Job Responsibilities:
∎ To accompany Apex Management team members in meetings and taking notes & generating meeting minutes immediately.
∎ Generating reminders on who to follow up with on what subject
∎ Able to gather information and report in power point and e-mail
∎ Make presentations
∎ Draft emails
∎ Read through many emails and sort and select important areas to respond to and act on
∎ Helping with follow-up generation
∎ Assisting with event coordination, organizing calendars and meetings.
∎ Accompanying Management team members to factory multiple times a week
∎ Communicating on behalf of Management team members with all others as needed and instructed
∎ Helping to solve sudden contingencies in scheduling
∎ Record keeping and maintaining documents and retrieving promptly as needed (soft & hard copies)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Has to be very good in English, especially in writing emails
∎ Has to be good in excel and power point
∎ Has to be very quick in writing and note taking
∎ Should be smart, presentable, well attired and well-spoken
∎ Should be alert, observant, resourceful, quick to generate ideas and able think of prompt & efficient solutions
