Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Hospitality Management (For experienced persons, educational qualification will be relaxed).

Hotels, resort, Training center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage staff in the dining and restaurant segments and provide day-to-day supervision.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and service of food according to customer orders.
∎ Prevent food spoilage by storing food appropriately.
∎ Operate the dining facility efficiently, particularly during lunch and dinner rushes.
∎ Oversee the food preparation process while maintaining food quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout different duty shifts.
∎ Manage adequate staff scheduling to handle busy periods.
∎ Ensure cleaning, storing, and disassembling of steam tables and fryers at closing time.
∎ Monitoring inventory reports and ordering supplies when necessary.
∎ Ensure using food items with earlier expiration dates first to avoid unnecessary expiry.
∎ Undertake necessary activities to improve sales and profits.
∎ Ensure customers’ revisit through efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Control and manage all new credit applications, sales ledger, and payment administration.
∎ Providing reports as required by CSS Ava Center management.
∎ Maintain effective and cooperative communication with the staff and higher management of the center.
∎ Completing all required health and safety/fire checks on time.
∎ Update personal knowledge through in-house training and workbooks.
∎ Comply with all organization’s policies, procedures, and licensing laws.
∎ Contribute to team meetings by providing in-depth and analytical inputs and insights.
∎ Perform any other special responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates between the ages of 30 and 40 are preferred, but the age requirement may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Hotel/Training Center/Resort as a Coordinator (Food & Beverage) or similar position.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage is essential.
∎ Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Management is required.
∎ Computer literacy and familiarity with Restaurant Management are necessary.
∎ Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills are highly desirable.
∎ The candidate must be honest and hardworking.
∎ Proficiency in computer operation and its applications is required.
∎ Willingness to work extra hours is expected.
∎ Applicants are required to have proficiency in both written and spoken Bangla and English languages.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy, i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil), etc.
