Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate all import and export documentation for customs clearance.
- Liaise with C&F agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port authorities.
- Ensure timely clearance of goods from customs, ports, and warehouses.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, LC, etc.).
- Track shipments and update management on delivery status.
- Handle duty, VAT, and other applicable payments related to customs clearance.
- Maintain records of all C&F activities, documentation, and expenses.
- Resolve any issues or delays with customs or port authorities.
- Ensure compliance with government rules, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Support logistics, supply chain, and procurement teams as required.
