Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Governance, Mass media and Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, Anthropology, Marketing or any other relevant subject from recognised university with minimum 2nd Division/ Class or minimum CGPA 3.00 in all academic results.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a detail communication, and advocacy strategy by engaging different stakeholder including young people.
∎ Analysis the policy advocacy gaps/scope and develop yearly advocacy plan to ensure young people's sexual and reproductive health rights in Bangladesh context
∎ Representing BRAC at different international policy platforms to ensure regional and international agreements on SRHR & gender are maintained & strengthened
∎ Develop communication materials e.g. newsletter, leaflet, brochures and initiate to publish through both online portal and printed version
∎ Facilitate a CSO movement on young people's sexual and reproductive health rights by organizing events e.g. meetings, workshops, dialogues, seminars, webinars etc. with the relevant stakeholder.
∎ Facilitate youth lead advocacy initiative by creating audio-visual content, IEC materials and by using both online and offline platforms
∎ Innovative use of digital platform and design e-learning platforms for learning alongside infographic presentation
∎ Manage different print, electronic and visual media to cover up project intervention as a part of advocacy and communication
∎ Maintain effective partnership with different Ministries and Departments of GOB including MoE, MoWCA, MoHFW, MoSW, DSS etc. and with departments of BRAC, especially with Knowledge Management, Central Communication, Advocacy, Technology and Social Innovation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences with proven experience in national level advocacy and communication materials development. Persons with knowledge on youth led advocacy, research, knowledge management documentation will be preferred.
∎ Work with core team of programme like field operation, M&E and Training unit.
∎ Contribute to quality documentation and pictures for visualisation.
