- Experience in sports, travel, hospitality, or corporate sector will be considered an added advantage

- Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Operate professional cameras
- Ability to Work with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop
- Valid International Passport.
Responsibilities & Context: A well-reputed Leading company is looking for a highly organized, proactive, dedicated and experienced Coordination officer for Chairman Secretariat. The Coordinate will provide executive-level support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Chairman Secretariat. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Workplace: On-site (Office-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments of the Chairman
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Chairman
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents on behalf of the Chairman
- Manage meeting minutes & reporting
- Handle email correspondence and prepare reports; follow up on pending important issues
- Coordinate with the management team, internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders as required
- Communicate and liaise with senior officials both domestically and internationally
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official trips
- Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and strategic business information
- Operate professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, video cameras, drones) for photography and videography
- Manage basic editing of photos and videos or coordinate with the editing team to deliver polished outputs
- Apply knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition techniques
- Work with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Travel both domestic & international.
