Catering, Chef, Cook
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh,
∎ Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, mixing ingredients and maintaining exact cooking time and temperature mentioned,
∎ Bake, grill, steam, boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods in industrial setup,
∎ Preparing and handling bulk amount of food in industrial chiller or cooking vessels,
∎ Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes,
∎ Handle and transfer ingredients and food to respective section safely,
∎ Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils,
∎ Execute opening and closing procedures,
∎ Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment,
∎ Check the quality and freshness of ingredients,
∎ Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as big broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Overseas experience holders will get preference.
∎ Experience on Menu preparation, Food recipe preparation & Cooking etc.
