  • Proficiency in contractual risk analysis, correspondence, and dispute resolution

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a multi-stakeholder environment

  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks in infrastructure projects

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing claim timelines



Responsibilities & Context:

As a Contract Manager (Claim Expert), you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and managing contractual claims in accordance with FIDIC and other international standards. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company’s commercial interests across infrastructure projects, requiring expert knowledge in claim submission, variation management, and dispute resolution.

  • Identify claimable events and prepare claims for cost, time extensions (EOT), and price adjustments.

  • Draft and submit claim notices, detailed calculation sheets, and supporting documentation.

  • Analyze and report on delay impacts; coordinate with the Employer/Engineer.

  • Participate in variation assessments and ensure proper valuation of site changes.

  • Interpret and apply FIDIC and other contract provisions; advise internal teams on contractual issues.

  • Maintain organized claim records and assist in progress measurement, valuation, and payment processes.

  • Support the resolution of contractual disputes and recommend practical solutions aligned with project goals.
