Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
The Content & Social Media Manager will be responsible for building brand desire, engagement, and emotional connection with customers through storytelling-led content across social media platforms, supporting both sales campaigns and long-term brand equity.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, festivals, and product launches
Define storytelling themes around occasions, products, craftsmanship, and customer moments
B. Content Creation & Management
Create and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and relevant platforms
Produce mobile-first photos, reels, and short videos
Coordinate with external photographers and videographers
Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and quality standards
C. Community Management
Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions
Encourage and curate user-generated content (UGC)
Build an engaged and loyal online community
D. Campaign & Performance Support
Support digital campaigns with creative assets and copy
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executive on ad creatives
