Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Line Manager to develop Content Strategy and Roadmap creation
∎ Execute the assigned KPIs through market disruption in terms of new and fresh contents
∎ Analyze the content market both local and international and identify contents which have opportunities, exclusivity and disruptiveness
∎ EXECUTE AND IMPLEMENT own product or co-produced content starting from identifying potential partners/ content owners/ production houses/ content copyrights holders through various market research
∎ On boarding contents through various internal processes, innovative business partnership modeling, designing the GTMcomplete content onboarding process and go live
∎ Identifying potential content makers through various market research and evaluation processes with the support of content agency
∎ Check and approve the contents that agency provided to upload in the Toffee App and monitor the contents
∎ Carry out and maintain the lifecycle of UGC port-folio to achieve the expected level of user engagement and other relevant KPIs (e.g., MAU, DAU, revenues) as per assigned target or goal
∎ Achieve the expected level of user engagement, feedback and other relevant KPIs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification Bachelors from a reputed university. Job Experience Required 2 to 4 years experience. Relevant experience will be preferred Required Capabilities- Good understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape and environment
∎ Sound knowledge in video contents and content management functions
∎ Good analytics and problem solving ability
∎ Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
∎ Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow.
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing
∎ Experience in content development lifecycle
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
∎ Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information

∎ Knowledge on exploring local and global contents,
