Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and digital customer support operations.
Ensure timely response and resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Monitor call quality, SLA, and team performance
Manage customer leads and coordinate with sales teams for conversion.
Supervise attendance, shifts, leave, and workforce planning
Train, coach, and develop team members.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor WhatsApp, Facebook, Google reviews, and other digital channels.
Prepare operational and performance reports.
