Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and digital customer support operations.

  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer queries and complaints.

  • Monitor call quality, SLA, and team performance
    Manage customer leads and coordinate with sales teams for conversion.

  • Supervise attendance, shifts, leave, and workforce planning
    Train, coach, and develop team members.

  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
    Monitor WhatsApp, Facebook, Google reviews, and other digital channels.

  • Prepare operational and performance reports.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience in retail/e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
