Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BSc/BSS in Economics, MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Launch products and services to ensure key indicators including revenue, usage, churn and winback.
∎ Increase customer engagement through effective CVM plan.
∎ Analyze KPIs and reports every day to ensure maximum base involvement.
∎ Ownership of business cases and dynamic models to facilitate business decision making.
∎ Regular communication and coordination with sales to ensure achievement of relevant KPIs
∎ Analyze and track competition movement and ensure best plan for customers.
∎ Prepare analysis based on requirements from management/teams, develop analysis methodology and present outcomes supported by insights.
∎ Work collaboratively with all internal, external & management team as a bridge between all commercial and non-commercial functions to ensure timely project delivery.
∎ Present proper market scenario, customer pain-points, progress and challenges of all commercial initiatives to commercial and company leadership team through regular platforms (e.g., weekly management meeting, weekly commercial update) or adhoc manner based on requirement
∎ Have a proactive mindset to challenge the status quo, focus on bringing efficiency and innovation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience
∎ Required Capabilities- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good commercial acumen
∎ Good knowledge of Telecom industry and impact of macro-economic changes
∎ Good knowledge on product management, product portfolio management
∎ Good knowledge of customer acquisition and retention
∎ benchmarking, trend analysis, forecasting and other analytical skill
∎ Sound knowledge for designing any new product/solution
∎ Proficient in number crunching, analysis, proposal preparation based on the summary of analysis
∎ Fair understanding of segmentation, pricing methodology and business strategy
∎ Good understanding of technical framework of Telecom Understanding of Billing systems, churn prediction models and technology evolution
∎ Familiarity with competitive environment, market trends and consumer mindset
∎ Sound understanding of customer lifecycle management
∎ Preferred Industry/Company- Telecommunication/MFS
