Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in student file processing for the UK, USA, and Canada.
∎ Expertise in student visa file processing for the UK, USA, and Canada.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ IELTS score achievers will be given priority.
∎ Strong understanding of admission requirements and procedures for UK, USA, and Canadian universities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software and online tools for file processing.
∎ Counseling students on their study abroad options and guiding them through the application process.
∎ Processing student files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
∎ Participating in marketing activities and creating content to promote study abroad programs.
∎ Conducting online sessions and Facebook Live events to engage with prospective students.
∎ Communicating with universities and their representatives to facilitate student admissions.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and admission requirements.
∎ Assisting students in preparing for interviews and other admission-related requirements.
∎ Providing ongoing support to students throughout their application process.
