- Experience in visa consultancy or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills (both Bangla & English).
- Strong telecommunication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end visa processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Provide professional consultation and guidance to clients through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering trust and quality service.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
- Ensure efficient, timely, and successful completion of visa applications.
