Experience:

• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)
• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.

• Postgraduate qualification in Respiratory Medicine / Chest Diseases / Pulmonology (FCPS / MD / DTCD or equivalent) from a reputed institution.

• Valid BMDC registration is mandatory.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Chamber

• Age At least 30 years

• Respiratory / Chest Specialist in a reputed hospital or clinic.

• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to manage emergency respiratory cases and ICU patients.

• Strong communication and counseling skills.

• Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a medical team.

Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, a reputed and modern multi-disciplinary healthcare facility under JSK Group, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Consultant – Respiratory Medicine (Chest & Asthma Specialist).

The selected consultant will be responsible for providing specialized diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with respiratory and pulmonary diseases while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and ethical medical practice.

Job Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory system disorders such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, bronchitis, tuberculosis, and other pulmonary diseases.

• Conduct clinical examinations, interpret chest X-rays, spirometry, and other diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe appropriate medication and treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Manage both inpatient and outpatient respiratory cases.

• Collaborate with other specialists (ICU, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology) for multidisciplinary patient care.

• Provide preventive and follow-up care to chronic respiratory patients.

• Maintain accurate patient medical records and clinical documentation.

• Participate in medical case discussions, hospital meetings, and continuing medical education (CME).

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, professional ethics, and safety standards.
