∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
call centre executive, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Computer Operating, Customer Relation, Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Training Institutes
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction
∎ Provide technical support for students
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be negotiable depending on the candidate`s skills.
