Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Communication skill, Computer skill, Google Suit, Internet Browsing, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction
∎ Provide technical support for students
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for skilled candidate
Compensation & Other Benefits:
